About the role
- Champion & Nash HVAC is looking for an experienced Master HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Pasadena, TX.
- With 5-10 years of residential HVAC service experience, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional workmanship, solving challenging problems, and representing Champion & Nash as a trusted HVAC professional in the community.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems and equipment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional job sites.
- Accurately document completed work, recommendations, and customer information.
- Support and mentor junior technicians by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
- Whether you're interested in becoming a Field/Department Manager or maybe you're interested in Sales, Tech and Corporate roles, we're here to support your growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, components, diagnostics, and repair practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex service issues.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring or supporting other technicians is preferred.
- Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus.
