About the role

Personal Assistant / Household Manager (Full-Time) Switchboard is hiring on behalf of our client, a private couple in Baltimore's Inner Harbor, for a reliable, organized Personal Assistant / Household Manager.
Our client is seeking someone with full time availability to assist with both household and personal needs, including planning and preparing meals.

Manage calendars, appointments, and daily schedules
Maintain organization in home offices and workspaces
Assist with basic technology troubleshooting and support
Maintain order and tidiness throughout the home (All deep cleaning is handled by a housecleaner)
Manage basic pet care and transportation to groomers or dog sitters as needed
In this role, you will keep their household running smoothly through daily cooking, organization, errands, and personal support.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, tech savvy, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a calm, professional way.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with dogs and experienced in pet care
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, household manager, nanny, or in a similar role preferred but not required
