Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and grow relationships with VPL suppliers via outbound phone calls and emails
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key customer personnel in assigned accounts
- Document findings and maintain detailed records in Salesforce
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in operations, data coordination, outbound call center, customer support, inside sales, or supply chain
- Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or reporting tools
