About the role

  • in technology as part of Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT).
  • This candidate will join the Global Payments & Liquidity Treasury Technology organization.
  • In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high‑impact technology initiatives by partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • You will translate complex business needs into scalable, enterprise‑grade solutions that support strategic payments modernization initiatives across the firm.
  • Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
  • Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical and business analysis with a strong focus on payments initiatives in the financial services industry
  • 3+ years of payments domain experience, including payments processing lifecycle, payments rails, and ISO 20022
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud‑native technologies and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and scenarios
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to produce clear, concise, and well‑structured documentation
  • Experience working in Agile delivery models (Scrum or Kanban) within large enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated experience working with geographically dispersed teams across the United States and India
  • Experience in performing acceptance testing to validate solutions against defined business requirements
  • Demonstrated success working in cross‑functional teams, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving alignment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
