Harlem Children's Zone (HCZ) a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York, seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission-aligned Activity Specialist – Adult Community Fitness to support our Healthy Harlem programming. The Activity Specialist will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children's Zone: breaking the cycle
of intergenerational poverty through comprehensive programming that supports the health and well-being of children, families, and the community. The Evening Adult Community Fitness Activity Specialist will lead high-quality group fitness classes and training sessions for adults ages 25–75, helping community members build strength, improve cardiovascular

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred) or High School Diploma or

10am-1pm (preferred but not required)
The hourly rate for this position is $25-$30 per hour.
