About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist with consolidating duplicate or outdated documents to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Ensure HSE documents comply with company standards, formatting requirements, and document control processes.
- Support the development and maintenance of policy libraries, templates, and records management systems.
- Coordinate document reviews with district and operational personnel.
- Lead SDS cleanup initiatives across assigned districts.
- Support Hazard Communication (HazCom) compliance efforts.
- Compliance & Administrative Support
- Support periodic audits and assessments related to safety programs and chemical management.
- Develop reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards to monitor document and SDS cleanup activities.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of their employment.
Nice to have
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification or CSP candidate status.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and Hazard Communication (HazCom) requirements.
- Experience managing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) or chemical inventories.
