About the role
- The Dining Supervisor is responsible for the general first-line oversight of a particular dining function or location work shift.
- Decisions made are operational in nature and within guidelines that have been established by senior management.
- Ensures established guidelines and procedures are followed by subordinates.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of industry standards and procedures.
- Provides all employees with guidance and training in performance their required tasks.
- Initial required courses-Active Shooter Response, Computer Security,Discrimination Free Workplace, Violence in the Workplace.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience required in area of expertise
Compensation
- Annual required courses-Drug and Alcohol Free Workplace, Emergency and Fire Preparedness, Hazard Communication, Portable Fire Extinguisher Safety, Sexual Harassment for Employees, Slips, Trips, and Falls
