  • This practice represents insurers in complex commercial and insurance litigation matters involving commercial general liability and excess policies.

Skills

  • $235,000 - $275,000

Compensation

  • Performance Bonuses - In addition to annual performance-based bonuses, our monthly bonus plan gives you the opportunity to earn up to $2,000 per month!

  • Prepare and analyze pleadings, discovery, motions, supporting briefs, and legal correspondence regarding insurance coverage litigation.
  • Will consider other bar admissions for seasoned candidates with extensive coverage experience.
  • Has experience in insurance coverage and/or coverage litigation or a commercial litigation background with an interest in insurance coverage work.
