Responsibilities
- Oversee all shipping and fulfillment operations during and after live auctions Work closely next to the live salesperson during auctions to support real-time order flow and logistics Manage inventory flow, packing processes, and carrier coordination Ensure timely, accurate order processing and delivery Develop and improve operational workflows and systems Troubleshoot logistics issues and implement scalable solutions Create and update storefront thumbnails and visual assets for the Whatnot app to support branding and drive engagement
