Responsibilities

  • Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery activities.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and document test results.
  • Support implementation, training, and operational-readiness activities.
  • Gather and document business and system requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project and requirements documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a business analyst in a technology or business-transformation environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and project life-cycle practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and explain it clearly.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Experience in capital markets or financial services.
  • Knowledge of APIs, databases, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Experience supporting UAT, process mapping, and change-management activities.
