About the role
- Our team also regularly drafts and negotiates complex commercial agreements in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure sectors.
- Candidates with experience related to satellite regulations, transactional due diligence, and drafting commercial agreements on behalf of telecommunications, digital infrastructure, and technology clients are strongly encouraged to apply.
- The expected pay range for this position is: $225,000 to $235,000 per year Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Requirements
- Greenberg Traurig's Washington, D.C. office seeks a junior associate (with one to two years of experience) to join its growing telecommunications practice.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with regulatory and transactional matters in the telecommunications industry.
- Candidates must be in good standing with the D.C. Bar or be eligible for admission to the D.C. Bar.
Compensation
- $225,000 to $235,000 per year
- Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
