About the role
- Linero's frontend is the control surface for a highly complex operational system: across fragmented workflows, sensitive data, and thousands of users.
- The people who use it span dozens of distinct personas, each with different workflows, different permissions, and different expectations of what a great product experience looks like.
- Work closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with underlying APIs and data systems
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality frontend interfaces across multiple distinct user personas and workflow types
- Translate complex product requirements and design specs into polished, performant, production-grade UI
- Partner with the product designer to establish and maintain a coherent design system across the platform
- You will own the design and implementation of the interfaces that make this system usable: translating complexity into software that feels clear, fast, and precise.

Requirements
- 4+ years of frontend engineering experience with a strong portfolio of production-grade work
- Deep proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
