About the role
- This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all facility infrastructure, production equipment, and tooling through comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
- This position requires 100% in-office presence in our Jacksonville, FL offices and does not offer remote work.
- Oversee repairs of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead, schedule, and support maintenance staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inspection reports.
- Develop and manage facility maintenance budgets and control operating costs.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and business objectives.
- The candidate will be expected to perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of implementing successful preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
- Strong knowledge of tooling management and tracking systems.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
- Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility
