Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC) license issued by the State of Wisconsin and any other state where required to practice.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling or related field.
