About the role

  • We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Software Engineer who combines the robustness of enterprise backend development with modern frontend excellence and cutting-edge AI engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Modern Frontend Architecture: Build scalable, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using Angular.
  • AI Agent Development: Implement agentic workflows and "Skills" that allow AI models to perform complex tasks. You will integrate the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to standardize how our agents ingest context and interact with external tools.
  • Build scalable, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using Angular.
  • Understanding of schema design, resolvers, and avoiding N+1 problems.
  • All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.

Requirements

  • Frontend Expertise: Deep proficiency in Angular (v14+).
  • Core Backend Proficiency: Strong professional experience with Java (Spring Boot ecosystem) and Python (specifically for backend services or AI integration).
  • Platform Experience: Experience with Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, or building Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) architectures.
  • LLM Orchestration: Experience with frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science and 5+ years of related experience or Masters degree in Engineering/Computer Science and 3+ years of related experience

  • Deep proficiency in Angular (v14+).
  • Strong professional experience with Java (Spring Boot ecosystem) and Python (specifically for backend services or AI integration).
  • Familiarity with current trends such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agentic Skills, and Tool Use (Function Calling).
  • Experience with Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, or building Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) architectures.
  • Must-Have Skills

  • API & Data Layer: Experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs. Understanding of schema design, resolvers, and avoiding N+1 problems.
  • Software Craftsmanship: Commitment to writing clean, testable code (TDD/BDD), conducting code reviews, and using modern CI/CD pipelines.

  • GenAI Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with current trends such as Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agentic Skills, and Tool Use (Function Calling).

  • The annual base salary range for this position is USD 101,000.00 To USD 162,000.00
  • As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
