About the role

This role plans, directs, and supervises preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring compliance with OEM standards, NSW operational requirements, and safety protocols.
The supervisor serves as the primary point of contact with Government personnel, manages Craft Mechanics, and ensures maritime assets meet readiness and availability requirements across assigned locations.

The Craft Mechanic Supervisor oversees all maritime maintenance activities supporting Naval Special Warfare surface support craft, small boats, jet skis, and associated systems.
