Witness all QAQC testing performed, ensure projects built to design. Record all settings, tests, and maintain records.
Issues raised with drawings and design addressed through an RFI by the contactor communicated to the Project Controller & Project Superintendent.
Create and maintain punch list items throughout the project progression.
Create daily reports for each project in detail.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear, and see.
Must be able to work shift work with 12-hour shifts.
Occasionally may be required to lift moderately heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) during the workday.
