Responsibilities
- Panelmatic is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Executive team.
- The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, helping manage priorities, coordinate communications, and support day-to-day executive operations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting executives in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical services environment
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Smartsheet
- Experience preparing board-level materials and managing board meeting logistics
