Responsibilities
- Identify areas to improve or create PM procedures to reduce equipment failures.
- Support projects and help improve the manufacturing process.
- Support site facility infrastructure repair and maintenance such as minor painting, plumbing, and carpentry.
- Assist in the installation of minor building infrastructure.
- Recognize and resolve safety-related issues with factory equipment or building maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and/or Associates/Technical Degree with 1+ years of experience in direct equipment maintenance or equivalent years of experience with proven exceptional results.
- Ability to read and understand equipment mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics.
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift, on your feet, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

- Perform preventive maintenance and repair on production and facilities equipment as required and document work completed.
Nice to have
- Background knowledge of pneumatic systems and how to troubleshoot issues, knowledge of Parker and SMC systems preferred.
