Responsibilities
- This role focuses on crafting strategic messaging that drives engagement and conversion while maintaining brand standards and meeting deadlines with precision.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, marketing partners, and agencies to develop impactful email copy that integrate with seasonal and 360 marketing initiatives.
- Champion email copy best practices and support digital innovation in partnership with creative, e-commerce, and agency teams.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an email copywriter in an in-house retail or agency environment.
Compensation
- The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,000 - $77,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, ski
