About the role
- This role will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for delivering and enhancing the digital workplace experience across the enterprise (globally).
- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in endpoint engineering, device management, automation, virtual desktop technologies, software deployment, and modern workplace solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering, administration, and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint management platforms
- Design, maintain, and optimize Windows device imaging and provisioning processes
- Manage enterprise laptop and workstation patching strategies to ensure compliance, stability, and security
- Support modern endpoint management initiatives leveraging Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) technologies
- Develop and maintain hardware and software standards across the organization
- Create, test, deploy, and maintain software packages using SCCM/MECM and Intune
- Manage enterprise software deployment strategies and application lifecycle processes
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and optimize deployment automation and reporting
- Partner with IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Desk, and Field Services teams to improve employee satisfaction and service delivery outcomes
- Develop scalable solutions that improve usability, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
- 6-10 + years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, or Workplace Technology roles in a global e nvironment
- Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies and endpoint security best practices.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale global environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across endpoint and virtual desktop platforms

- Experience operating within ITIL or IT Service Management (ITSM) environments
- Experience working within a multi-vendor or Managed Services operating model
- Experience supporting automation and digital transformation initiatives
- Microsoft Intune

- Citrix and Azure VDI environments
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)

Compensation
- At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
- The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
- Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
- $145,000 - $193,000
