About the role

- Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software for complex geometries and tight tolerances.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a CNC machinist in a prototype or R&D environment
- Experience programming 5 axis/Millturn CNC machines using CAM software (Mastercam, NX, etc.)
- 3 years of experience running DMG Mori with Celos controls
- Proficiency in CNC setup, tool selection, and process optimization
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D CAD models
- Experience machining complex geometries and tight-tolerance parts
- Strong understanding of tooling for titanium cutting
- Experience with precision inspection tools and methods
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Manufacturing, Machining, Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience machining additively manufactured components (SLS, DMLS, EBM, etc.)
