About the role

The ideal candidate brings reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Flexibility will be expected as this role will occasionally require late nights during the week and/or over the weekend.
Ultra PCS, located in Manhattan, KS, is a leader in commercial and military aircraft aerospace systems & components.

Identify root causes of test failures, perform diagnostics, and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
Follow ESD control procedures to maintain a compliant work environment

This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
Ability to read and follow production procedures.
Background check and pre-employment drug testing required.

1+ year experience working in electronic circuit board assembly.
1+ year experience hand soldering electronics.
Ability to work with other assembly personnel in a cooperative, team manner.
Ability to professionally handle critical feedback from quality inspectors and management.
Dedication to quality and precision of work.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to visually inspect product or parts through a microscope.
Must pass eye exam (can wear glasses or contacts).
