About the role
- We're looking for an Senior Product Designer to help shape the next phase of Bree's product.
- This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and impact.
- You'll work end-to-end on core product surfaces across mobile and web, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to define problems, explore solutions, and ship meaningful improvements for our users.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design for major product initiatives, from problem framing and discovery through execution and launch
- Partner deeply with different stakeholders including Engineers, CX, Business to turn ambiguous ideas into scoped, high-impact releases
- Design intuitive, accessible experiences across Bree's mobile and web products, with a strong focus on clarity, trust, and usability
- Create and evolve user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that are ready to ship
- Contribute to and help mature Bree's design system, ensuring consistency while enabling fast iteration
- Collaborate in design critiques and team rituals, and help raise the overall bar for design quality at Bree
- Strong end-to-end product design experience, spanning UX, interaction design, and visual design
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer digital products in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to work through ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete information
- Experience working closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints and tradeoffs
- Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma
- Working knowledge of front-end development concepts (e.g. components, state, APIs), and the ability to reason about implementation while designing

- Experience designing fintech, lending, or other financial products
- Familiarity with mobile-first products and React Native environments
