Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Summit, PolyPaths, and Summit integrations
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, performance, load, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test frameworks using Selenium or other test automation tools (Playwright, Postman, TMS)
- Validate Summit configurations, customizations (C++), workflows, flows, and integrations with external systems
- Identify, document, and track defects
- collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution
- This role leads quality assurance efforts across manual and automated testing, validates complex integrations, and ensures robust test data management and seeding practices.

- Support release planning by executing smoke tests and production validation activities
- Ability to validate end to end workflows, data flows, and system integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
Requirements
- What you can expect:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally with at least 3+ years testing Summit applications
- Strong understanding of Summit platform architecture, including standard objects, custom objects, flows, validation rules, and integrations.
Nice to have
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective test data management practices, including data creation, masking, and refresh strategies
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide quality-related input during sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Mentor junior QA analysts and promote best practices in quality engineering and automation
- Track and report all results, problems and defects throughout the testing cycle using Azure DevOps.
- Represents testing team and participates in reviews of use cases and other requirements documentation to obtain an understanding of systems changes in preparation for test case development.
- Expected to provide valuable input on process improvements.
- Strong understanding of Summit platform architecture, including data flows, validation rules, and integrations.
- Experience creating comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for core Summit functionality.
Compensation
- $90,400.00 - $150,700.00
- The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
