Responsibilities
- Perform daily, routine, and preventive maintenance tasks to keep facility operations running safely and efficiently.
- Complete building and exterior repairs, including work on doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and other facility components.
- Partner with maintenance and production teams to identify process improvements, optimize equipment performance, and support production goals.
- Assist with developing and implementing solutions that improve efficiency, quality, production output, and manufacturing processes.
- At least one year of experience in building maintenance, construction, or a related field.
- A collaborative work environment where maintenance and production teams work together to drive continuous improvement.
