This role offers substantial exposure to strategic decision-making, financing initiatives, and enterprise-level legal and business issues.

Lead legal support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, minority investments, and other strategic transactions.
Support transaction-related financing activities, including acquisition financings, project financings, debt facilities, and related covenant and diligence matters.
Partner with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Development, Investor Relations, and other business teams to support strategic initiatives and ensure seamless transaction execution.
Draft and negotiate complex commercial and transaction-related agreements in support of the company's strategic objectives.
Manage outside counsel and specialized advisors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective legal support on sophisticated matters.

You have significant experience leading complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and other high-value corporate transactions from structuring through closing.
You have experience supporting sophisticated financing transactions, including acquisition financings, structured debt arrangements, project financings, or other capital markets and infrastructure-related transactions.
