Responsibilities

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow, and complete tasks under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present information.
- Ability to respond to questions from attorneys, staff, clients, vendors, and the public in a professional manner.
- Ability to interpret and apply a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.
- Demonstrate initiative in learning firm policies, Total Rewards programs, and relevant compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Compensation
- $55,000.00 - $70,000.00
Benefits
- Support the daily administration of all Total Rewards programs, including health and welfare, retirement, time and absence, and well-being initiatives.
- Monitor benefit enrollments and changes (e.g., new hires, life events, terminations) to ensure completion within designated deadlines.
- Process benefit elections and changes in vendor and HR system, ensuring timely updates and accurate coverage and contribution details.
- Respond to and help resolve Total Rewards and benefits inquiries including health and welfare, retirement, time and absence, and well-being questions from lawyers and staff, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
- Support team leadership in administering leave of absence and time away programs, including tracking, documentation, and communication.
