About the role

  • As the Store Manager Trainee (SMT), you will work alongside the Store Manager and assist with the direct supervision of the management and store team.
  • You will also assist with the loss prevention processes in the store including participation in prevention strategies and investigations.
  • Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store and creating a communication plan to present to teams at GSM's

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities change
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation

  • Generally, the hiring range for this position is $52,000 to $55,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
