Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily outbound transportation activity to ensure accurate execution across all shipments, including - o Tracking shipments from pickup through final delivery o Identifying and resolving delivery exceptions and service issues o Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain service levels
  • Analyze operational performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, including - o Reviewing shipment, routing, and delivery data to support decision-making o Providing regular updates and insights to leadership o Supporting forecasting and planning efforts based on volume and operational trends
  • Support resolution of logistics issues and inquiries, including - o Assisting with troubleshooting transportation and delivery issues o Providing timely updates and communication to stakeholders o Partnering with internal teams to support issue resolution and follow-up
  • Provide first-level support for logistics systems, including - o Assisting with basic troubleshooting and issue identification within warehouse systems o Supporting users with system questions and navigation o Escalating system issues to appropriate teams when needed
  • Support system and data integrity across logistics platforms, including - o Maintaining and validating operational data o Assisting with reporting development and enhancements o Ensuring consistency and accuracy of key data elements o Supporting implementation of system and process changes
  • Provide support for specialized delivery programs and projects as needed, including coordination, tracking, and communication of key milestones
  • Manage a high volume of work and competing priorities to ensure service level expectations are consistently met
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain preferred
  • Experience working with logistics, transportation, or warehouse management systems preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience working in large data sets preferred

Compensation
