About the role

  • As the UI Product Designer you will act as the ultimate owner of the presentation layer for our flagship Canadian web-based gaming platform, alongside our portfolio of regulated brands.
  • This pivotal role sits right at the intersection of our creative art teams and engineering squads, acting as the bridge that turns raw artistic assets into high-fidelity, interactive web and mobile applications.
  • From micro-interactions and icons to full-scale platform customization, you will ensure everything delivered is highly attractive, functional, and developer-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Visual Ecosystem: Act as the primary design owner for our flagship Canadian web-based gaming platform, ensuring every feature, page, and element is meticulously laid out, beautiful, and highly engaging.
  • Bridge Art & Code: Collaborate closely with the art team to ingest raw creative assets, and work hand-in-hand with Front-End Team Lead to ensure layouts are perfectly optimized for the HTML/CSS implementation teams.
  • Maintain & Scale Design Systems: Govern our internal design systems, ensuring absolute UI consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints and product features.
  • Prototyping & Workflow Delivery: Build interactive prototypes in Figma to pitch ideas to Product management, oversee the holding process for brand asset validation, and seamlessly hand off pixel-perfect designs to dev teams to go live.
  • share your product knowledge, delegate tasks effectively, review their output, and provide constructive feedback on their design development.
  • Senior Level Capabilities: Demonstrated experience as a go-to design expert within a team environment, with the ability to work completely independently.
  • Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio showcasing outstanding commercial UI/UX design work, structured design systems, web/mobile applications, and clean layout executions.
  • Mentor: Guide a distributed team of designers; share your product knowledge, delegate tasks effectively, review their output, and provide constructive feedback on their design development.

Requirements

  • Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Figma alongside professional design suites (Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
  • The "In-Between" Skillset: An exceptional ability to communicate fluently with both pure artists and front-end developers, balancing aesthetic excellence with the realities of dev capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the iGaming, mobile gaming, or digital media sector (highly preferred).
  • Strong background designing consumer-facing content and advanced web platform animations.
  • Experience adapting software interfaces for localized international regulations.

Compensation

  • $120,000 - $140,000
