Responsibilities
- Oversee the interface between the fusion demonstration system design
- Manage relationships and technical deliverables with external design
- consultants to develop large-scale mechanical and electrical hardware
- Work with the Infrastructure Design Team to ensure facility systems are
- documented and designed appropriately for permitting, construction,
- Support the physical assembly and construction of the fusion
- Support the development of utility systems including high-voltage
- Support the commissioning and transition of building systems from
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the design, construction, and
- Proven track record managing complex M&E infrastructure, including
- Significant experience managing engineering consultants and large-
- A positive attitude and the ability to influence cross-functional teams of
- Experience overseeing construction or facilities involving radiological
- Knowledge of pulsed-power infrastructure, ultra-high vacuum (UHV)

Compensation
- Industry-competitive salary
- This range is for base salary, our total compensation includes equity and benefits.
- In the absence of such agreement, Pacific Fusion reserves the right to pursue and hire any candidates without an obligation to pay fees.
- $120,000 - $170,000 USD
- Total Compensation & Benefits for Eligible Employees
- Actual base salary offered will be determined by: experience, skills, and work location.
