About the role

  • You'll run B2B marketing programs end to end - from identifying the right topics and audiences to planning the calendar, coordinating speakers, hosting the live experience, and ensuring follow-up turns engagement into pipeline.
  • You'll start by owning our virtual workshop motion, and over time your scope will broaden into other integrated programs (for example email and direct mail) as you prove out the motion.
  • Success in this role is measured first by pipeline generation and influence, along with program quality, audience engagement, community health, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the virtual workshop program end to end - define the strategy, build the calendar, develop themes and topics, coordinate speakers, manage production, host sessions, and run post-event follow-up.
  • Develop compelling program ideas - bring a point of view and originate fresh, credible angles that resonate with a technical audience (not just pick formats), identifying the highest-leverage topics for engineering leaders, buyers, admins, and practitioners in partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Field, and Product.
  • Use AI to raise the bar - you're an active, avid AI user who builds real workflows, agents, and automations, and uses AI to improve both the quality and the speed of your programs and content.
  • Run live operations flawlessly - manage registration flows, speaker prep, rehearsal, platform logistics, audience moderation, demos, timing, troubleshooting, and post-event assets.
  • Drive lead management and follow-up - ensure attendee and engagement data are captured cleanly, segmented appropriately, routed quickly, and translated into thoughtful follow-up with the right teams.
  • Build the operating system behind the programs - create repeatable processes, templates, calendars, workflows, and reporting that let the function scale without losing quality.
  • Operate with strong judgment under constraint - prioritize the highest-leverage programs, keep many moving parts on track, and maintain a high bar for execution.

Requirements

  • Experience in demand generation or community marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience marketing to technical or developer-adjacent audiences, especially in enterprise software.
  • Comfort partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success on follow-up motions and pipeline outcomes.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM workflows, and event tooling.
  • Experience at a developer-first, dev-tools, or infrastructure company, or a DevRel/developer-community background.
  • You've run demand generation programs that required strong coordination across content, audience strategy, operations, and sales follow-up.
  • You have strong judgment on what topics and formats will resonate with enterprise audiences, and you can originate a compelling point of view rather than waiting for topics to be handed to you.
