About the role

  • This position sits at the intersection of product development and patient experience, contributing directly to initiatives that enhance patient access (e.g., scheduling, intake), engagement (e.g., digital touchpoints, communication), and continuity of care.
  • The Product Analyst ensures that product decisions are grounded in data, informed by real patient workflows and behaviors, and aligned to measurable outcomes such as access, satisfaction, and care quality.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and refine the product backlog in partnership with the Product Manager
  • Support roadmap planning through feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and dependency mapping
  • Partner with Data/BI teams to define and validate KPIs tied to product performance
  • Develop working knowledge of patient workflows (e.g., scheduling, documentation, billing, care coordination)
  • Collaboration & Delivery Support
  • Support agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Maintain product documentation (process maps, decision logs, data dictionaries, system diagrams)
  • Support the Product Manager with executive summaries, reporting, and meeting materials

Skills

  • 1-4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, healthcare operations, or data analytics
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
  • Experience working with data (SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exposure to healthcare technology, EHR systems, or clinical workflows
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
  • Understanding of interoperability standards (FHIR, APIs)
  • Experience supporting UAT, process improvement, or workflow analysis

Compensation

  • $71,779 - $86,135/annually in addition to a competitive bonus plan
