About the role

  • We're hiring an Executive Assistant who brings exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset to support up to four Partners at Norm Law.
  • This is a high-impact role - you'll be the operational backbone that allows the Partners to work at their highest level, and your contributions will be felt across the team every day.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize complex calendars for one or more busy executives
  • Communication Support:
  • Manage, prioritize, and triage incoming messages and correspondence
  • Support planning and execution of events such as conferences and team offsites
  • Prepare and manage travel itineraries and any related documentation
  • Administrative Support:
  • Support office operations such as ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, and keeping common areas well-stocked and organized
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support executive effectiveness

Requirements

  • Develop a strong understanding of Norm Ai's business priorities and how they relate to day-to-day decisions
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience as an EA or similar role supporting executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and ability to quickly learn new tools
