This role focuses on accurate execution of clearly defined procedures, timely task completion, and escalation of issues outside of established guidelines.
Work is completed under supervision with regular review of completed work.
Decision‑making may be limited to standard, documented scenarios, with non‑routine or judgment‑based issues raised to management.

Uses Coupa to process and route invoices, perform PO matching, assign invoices to coders, and verify required fields for accuracy.

Associates degree in a related field is required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Learning Mindset: Open to feedback, coaching, and skill development. Follows guidance and incorporates process updates as directed.
Communication & Influence: Strong communication; can articulate or frame pros/cons and recommendations for manager.
Actively shapes our company culture (e.g., participating in employee resource groups, volunteering, etc.).

The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $28.87-$38.42.

This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 5% of eligible pay.
Factors used to determine the actual salary offered may include location, experience, or education.

Lives into cultural norms (e.g., willing to have cameras when it matters: helping onboard new team members, building relationships, etc.).
Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings.
Hawaii and Alaska.
