About the role
- Conduct regular space audits to ensure data accuracy, workplace standards, and equipment allocation.
- Anticipate operational risks, dependencies, and downstream impacts, proactively driving resolutions.
- Track project achievements and collaborator deliverables to ensure initiatives remain on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate occupancy, seat assignment, and space utilization data using workplace occupancy and space planning systems.
- Manage office and workstation inventory, vacancy tracking, and seating allocations.
- Collect, verify, and analyze headcount and space data, including current capacity and future projections, to support occupancy planning and space optimization.
- Develop occupancy scenarios and migration plans, assessing various options to provide data-driven recommendations that underpin real estate strategy.
- Support strategic space planning initiatives tied to organizational growth, consolidations, and workplace renovations.
- Develop detailed move plans, sequencing strategies, schedules, and communication plans.
- Act as a key liaison between occupancy planning teams, Real Estate, Facilities partners, Design & Construction and business units.
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all move and space management and occupancy planning functions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate occupancy planning, workplace operations, or commercial real estate.
- Advanced proficiency in data management and analytics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple parallel initiatives and deadlines.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, think critically, and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong customer service approach demonstrating skill in balancing frugality with creativity.
Compensation
- Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
- C$96,000 - C$128,200
- The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
