About the role

  • Administration des dossiers de temps Examiner, valider et traiter les feuilles de temps des employés.
  • Assurer le suivi précis des présences, incluant les heures régulières, les heures supplémentaires, les absences et les vacances.
  • Résolution des anomalies de pointage Analyser et corriger les écarts ou erreurs dans les feuilles de temps.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews, validates, and processes employee timecards.
  • Supports Payroll Processing
  • Maintains Compliance and Data Integrity
  • Maintains confidentiality and accuracy of employee records.
  • Provides Reporting and Administrative Support
  • Supports Reception and Administrative Functions
  • Assists with scheduling, data entry and general administrative support.
  • Supports daily office operations and maintains organized records and documentation.
  • Company events and team-building activities

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll administration, workforce administration, or a related administrative role.
  • Experience processing and reviewing employee timecards and attendance records.
  • Experience working with time and attendance management systems.
  • Experience in resolving timekeeping discrepancies and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and record management.
