About the role
- You will be responsible for supporting our customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions.
- Our varied product lines include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.

- Deliver fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems and applications software.
Requirements
- A post-secondary degree within the science field - e.g. chemistry, analytical chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology or equivalent College degree with Work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in laboratory environment working spectroscopy Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving is essential
Nice to have
- Experience with the Agilent Instruments is preferred but not essential

Compensation
- The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $87,864.00 - $137,288.00/yr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
