Fusion Health is seeking a bright, motivated, and collaborative Software Engineer to join our Application Development team.

As a mid-level Software Engineer, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle to build next-generation systems that deliver functional, user-friendly experiences for our clients.
You will collaborate with multiple teams, mentor junior staff as needed, and help shape architecture and technical decisions.
In this role, you will work on meaningful, high-impact projects that support our mission to deliver technology solutions for underserved, movement-restricted populations.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, inclusive team environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in building software that truly matters.
We support clinicians working in movement restricted communities, where care delivery is more complex and software reliability is critical.

$115- $138,000.
