About the role
- Join Flexport's dynamic Compliance Program as the Manager, Supply Chain Protection & Loss Intelligence.
- Day-to-day, this means managing a team of 50+ contracted security officers across multiple locations, overseeing electronic security infrastructure (CCTV, access control), conducting investigations, and managing the security ticketing system.
- Analyze incident data to identify trends, loss patterns, root causes, and emerging risks - translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership
Responsibilities
- This is a unique opportunity to build a unified security strategy, moving beyond reactive incident management to a data-driven, proactive approach.
- Develop and maintain security and loss prevention metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure program effectiveness across all facilities and regions
- Develop and implement SOPs for key security scenarios (Active Shooter, Emergency Response, High Value Cage procedures, Product Disposal, etc.)
- Design and deliver training programs across physical security and loss prevention topics (emergency response, office security, travel security, incident reporting, etc.)
