Responsibilities
- Lead and execute technical professional services projects, ensuring successful implementation of advanced features and integrations
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver results and ensure alignment with customer goals
- Strong demonstrable understanding of network and application protocols, including Netflow, BGP, SNMP, DNS, TCP/IP, and HTTP, and their use for infrastructure design and operations

Requirements
- Experience with Python, Bash, Ansible, etc. for automation and tool integration
- In-depth knowledge of one or more public cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with technologies such as LibreNMS, Elastic, Grafana, and Prometheus
- 5+ years of experience in a high-tech solutions engineering, professional services, or network engineering role
- Must be located on the U.S. East Coast
- Experience with the skill sets required for success
Compensation
- The base salary range for this position is: $144,000 - $168,000, with an expected overall targeted earnings (OTE) range of: $180,000 - $210,000.
- The salary range and OTE reflect the low and high end of the U.S. range Kentik reasonably and generally expects to pay the hired candidate in this role.
