As a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Associated Bank, you'll play a key role in evaluating, structuring, and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate relationships.

Responsibilities

Partner with Relationship Managers and Credit teams to structure deals that meet client needs while protecting the bank's interests.
Mentor junior portfolio managers and support their professional development.
Represent Associated Bank at community and industry events to strengthen visibility and build relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or Credit Approval
4+ years of experience handling complex credit relationships
3+ years of experience in sales or business development

Compensation

Underwrite and analyze new loan originations, renewals, modifications, and annual reviews.
