Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic planning and account growth by identifying opportunities to evolve and expand programs for existing and identified emerging and mid-stage biotech clients.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment and contributing to capability-building within the Biotech COE.
  • Support new business efforts for emerging and mid-stage biotech, contributing to pitches and proposals and partnering with the Biotech COE to showcase differentiated expertise.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow.
  • You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.
  • You are a highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience servicing biotech clients.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing client relationships and internal teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving account growth.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budget tracking and forecasting.
  • Experience with Advisory boards, investigator meetings, and meeting management.
  • Veeva management expertise (preferred but not required).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Compensation

  • $150,000-$170,000
  • This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
  • Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

  • Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work.
  • We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us.
  • For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients.
