About the role

  • The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core areas of Audiohook's advertising platform — defining what we build, why we build it, and how we measure success. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to ship products that drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for one or more core areas of the Audiohook platform
  • Partner with Engineering and Design from discovery through launch - writing PRDs, leading scoping discussions, and making tradeoff calls
  • Drive product operations improvements: roadmap rituals, release processes, internal launch comms, and cross-team visibility
  • Partner with Product Marketing on launches and with Customer Success on activation and feedback loops

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at the senior level
  • Demonstrated track record of shipping products that moved business metrics, not just launched features
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company
  • Comfort using AI tools to research, draft specs, prototype, and accelerate decision-making
  • Strong technical fluency - comfortable discussing system design, data models, and tradeoffs with engineers
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable in SQL or analytics tools, and grounding decisions in data
  • Excellent written communication - PRDs, specs, and decision docs that scale across the team

Nice to have

  • Experience in adtech, martech, or B2B SaaS
