Requirements

  • What You Bring to the Team (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Hands-on use of SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Employees are required to be in the office on a scheduled frequency.

Nice to have

  • Interest or experience in the finance or asset management industry is a plus.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Java or similar languages (e.g., Python, C#).
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and practices.
  • Database Knowledge: Hands-on use of SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Agile Knowledge: Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
  • Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Additional Assets (Preferred)
  • Finance Knowledge: Interest or experience in the finance or asset management industry is a plus.
  • CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools and practices.
  • Unit Testing: Experience in writing and implementing unit tests (e.g., JUnit).
