About the role

  • We're looking for a Junior Campaign Specialist-someone excited about digital advertising and eager to dive into the mechanics of campaign optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Support A/B testing initiatives-creative variations, audience segments, bidding strategies
  • Recommend and implement tactical optimizations based on performance data
  • Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights
  • Develop fluency in the metrics that drive campaign and business success
  • Support tagging, pixel implementation, and tracking setup
  • Collaborate with campaign managers, analysts, and account leads to understand client goals and business priorities
  • Build skills that translate into campaign management, analytics, product, account management, or wherever your interests take you

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience (or relevant internships) in marketing, advertising, analytics, or related fields
  • Interested in leveraging AI and modern tools to work smarter (experience not required-curiosity is)

Nice to have

  • Exposure to ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or programmatic DSPs
  • Experience with analytics or BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
