Requirements

  • Experience overseeing outsourced or contractor-led software development efforts is highly desirable 2 Years

Nice to have

  • Experience 4+ years of product management or technical program management experience, preferably within a government agency, enterprise IT, or transportation technology ecosystem.
  • Technical Acumen Familiarity with data pipelines, GIS/spatial data systems, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), or enterprise service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Vendor Management Experience overseeing outsourced or contractor-led software development efforts is highly desirable.
