- Peak is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Maintenance Technician to join our team at our beautiful 300+ unit, Solstice of Fairburn.
- This position does require on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to traverse a variety of with stairs and in a variety of weather.
- Must have maintenance experience, including technical and HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Must have reliable transportation.
