About the role

We're hiring a knowledgeable and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
You'll also play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort systems.

Repair & Maintain Systems: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems to ensure efficiency, performance, and safety.
Use proper PPE, handle refrigerants safely, and maintain job site cleanliness.
Customer Communication: Deliver high-level service and clearly explain issues, repair options, and estimates.
Documentation & Invoicing: Accurately document service calls, diagnostics, and repairs in the CRM.
Tools, Equipment & Vehicle Care: Maintain your own basic tools.
Training & Team Support: Stay current through ongoing training and team meetings.

Use gauges, meters, and other diagnostic tools to identify system problems and recommend solutions.
Maintain your own basic tools.
Keep company vehicles clean and organized.
Track inventory and report any shortages or malfunctions.
